Bread is arguably one of the best parts of life, and Paris City is bakery heaven. Specifically in Montmartre, the 2 best bakeries.
Crêperie Sandwicherie Pépone Café
Paul bakery
Located in 65 rue des Abbesses, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, one of the 2 best bakeries in Montmartre, the Crêperie Sandwicherie Pépone Café.
This is one of my favorite Macaroon places in Montmartre. Pépone Café has more than 10 different macaroon flavours such as raspberry, lemon, dark chocolate, among others. The macaroon is a type of traditional cookie from the French and Italian Gastronomy made of egg whites, ground almonds, powdered sugar and sugar.
And for the people who prefer having a bigger meal in the morning, this bakery in Montmartre also offers different kinds of hamburgers and baguettes or croissants and waffles.
Then we have Paul Bakery, located in 13 Rue Lepic. Through their products, they defend a certain French art of living: both gourmet and refined, warm and timeless. This is a lovely place to get fresh, varied breads, macaroons and coffee.
This bakery in Montmartre also has the traditional baguettes, which in my opinion, go well with a cup of coffee in the morning, some cheese and charcuterie at Montmartre to see the sunrise at Sacre-Coeur.
So there you go, I strongly recommend if you are walking through the streets in Montmartre, to grab your macaroons, a nice hot coffee and enjoy the parisian flavour of heaven in these 2 best bakeries in Montmartre.
